Provider and staff need to enter dates for all health and safety training in MERIT. Provider needs to delete staff names no longer working in the program. Lead Techer Fidel Garcia and volunteers Marcelo and Tanya need to enter correct job title. Provider has not completed annual observation, evaluation and feedback information for her staff.
